The Balearic Islands' leading progressive house and trance promoters open a rooftop villa in Cala Sant Vicenç for one night only. The solar eclipse arrives around sunset. So does the music.
On 12 August, totality reaches Mallorca at 8:31pm — 94 seconds of complete darkness with the sun sitting low on the western horizon. The partial eclipse begins at 7:38pm, giving you nearly an hour of the sky shifting before the moment arrives. From the rooftop you'll watch the eclipse track low over the mountains to the west as the bay sits below. We built the night around this.

Cala Sant Vicenç sits on Mallorca's north coast, a short drive from Port de Pollença. Stay on the bay, explore the town in the morning, and drive over for sunset.
The nearest hotel to the villa — a short walk from the rooftop. Our recommended base if you want to be as close to the event as possible.
The port is five minutes by car. Hotels, apartments, and rentals line the bay. A relaxed base with good restaurants and the long Passeig Saralegui to walk off the night.
